We believe it is necessary to enjoy some form of physical activity to better take on life. Exercise stimulates the body and the mind, leaving us feeling more energised, focused and confident; not forgetting increased fitness, health, stamina, co-ordination and an overall improved appearance.
We believe martial arts is one of the best ways to enjoy fitness, learn a life-long skill, de-stress and stimulate the mind. Although martial arts is about bettering the self, training in a group environment provides a motivating and encouraging atmosphere. People of all ages train with us and have experienced the benefits, no matter what their goal.
Jin Wu Koon is founded on the martial arts knowledge and first-hand experience of Master Cheuk Fai Chan. He has built upon his traditional knowledge to keep martial arts relevant and beneficial for today’s lifestyle.
